Stalled Out

Filed by Random @ 23:56 CDT

My patient listeners,

My apologies for this latest delay in getting episodes made and posted. Life simply catches up with me from time to time and I have frankly not been good about getting and keeping a buffer of episodes built up. Instead of repeatedly apologize for these times, I am posting this as a "going forward from here" statement of intent:

There will be 365 TWT episodes for 2008, covering the entire New Testament.

However, they may not come out daily. Like now.

What I mean by this is that I will "catch up" from time to time following gaps in posting, making the average continue to be one per day. The episodes will be dated by their place in the calendar of reading, not by the day they are recorded (that has never been the case) nor, now, necessarily the day they are posted. My apologies if this causes any confusion, but there it is.

Of course, this is really nothing new. This is just me admitting that these things happen and that I can't beat myself up about it every time, and hoping you'll bear with me and know that I haven't given up entirely, or if I do, that I will certainly tell you about it promptly. Quite the contrary, though, this is my way of not giving up entirely.

If you want to discuss these matters with me, please feel free to send me some email at Gmail. My address there is my name: R. Francis Smith. Sorry for having to obfuscate the details like that, but you know how spammers can be.

Thanks again for your patience. I hope TWT continues to be of some use and/or comfort to you as it continues to be to me.
