Mark 11:19-33

Here's a thing about podcasting; it's easy to start to feel isolated if you aren't going along with the In Thing. But isn't that sometimes true about the life of a Christian as well? This is the sort of thing sometimes on my mind as I do what I do -- podcasting not for money or for ego (at least, I hope not) and pretty much at odds with much of the prevailing wisdom, it seems like. But I believe in what we're doing here -- not just myself, but people like Craig Pratchett and Mark Taylor and whoever else has had a vision of the podcasting audience as a 21st century agora where people have gathered to hear what messages might be brought before them. And you know what? Although many in Athens did not take Paul seriously, Acts 17:34 says that certain men clave unto him, and believed. Paul may have been at odds with the prevailing Athenian wisdom but his time was not wasted.

That's the long way of saying that with 297 podcasts left to go for this year, I'm not only 100% committed to them, my list of podcast ideas features The Whole Truth Year 2. :)
