India Mode!
-R
Welcome to the Whole Truth, a daily reading of the New Testament as read by R. Francis "Random" Smith! If you're looking for the podcast feed, you'll find it at the XML link in the sidebar, along with assorted other points of interest. Thanks for dropping by!

Warning: today begins the pre-posted TWTs. I've recorded through May 10, I've edited them, I've uploaded them. I'm preposting through that far to give us some time to settle once we're back (we get back on May 7.) So from here on out, it's "India trip mode." Enjoy TWT while I'm gone!

Well, this is it, my friends; I just advance posted everything through, well, May 10. From here on you're flying on automatic until after we return from India. God willing, we will be gone from Friday through May 7, then engaging in some quality baby time for a few days before I start recording and posting again. I hope you all enjoy TWT in our absence and a mention in your prayers as we travel across the world and back would not go unappreciated. See you after the 10th!

And I thought yesterday's reading was short... well, they're going back to normal, whatever that is, after today, looking at the schedule.
-R
Um... whoops!
If you've downloaded and listened to the April 16 TWT, you've discovered (as did Craig) that it's missing, well, any speech at all. No idea whatsoever how it happened. Anyway, this is a special reposting with an altered filename so you can have a working April 16 version. Sorry about that!

Starting today, I'm making a deliberate change in my posting schedule (as opposed to having just forgotten, ha.) Getting TWT up just after midnight of the scheduled day is neat and all, but unless I've actually "pre-posted" it's not a lot of fun to actually do it that way, so I'm going to start posting it in the morning my time instead, like I am right now, I think.

Boy, when I trip, I really trip up! Sorry about misposting this morning -- at long last the April 8 post is correct, and here's April 9 to go with it. This time for sure! See you tomorrow for #100!
-R
I'll try to get today's post out in the morning, my time -- so in several hours -- as I can barely stand to read text right now. Soon, soon...
-R
Sure, now I realize that I needed to reset the timezone on my blog! I've fixed all the postings for the last several days, I think... sheesh.

Did you know that The Living Word on godcast.org passed its 100th podcast? Go Craig!
(And did you know that Sunday will be the 100th TWT?)

Despite having company (now and for the next few weeks!) I didn't make the same mistake. Yay me. :)

Rough day, but the show must go on. So the quality's not all it might sometimes be. Sorry about that.
On that note, though, I still get a weird kind of almost echo artifact when I listen to my mp3s under WMP using my headphones. Is it just me and my setup? Does anyone else hear this? (I get something even worse if I mix into stereo -- as it is, I mix the piano down to mono and then mix the whole thing down to mono.) Help?
